Who We Are
CST Support Services LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with extensive expertise and 40-years combined experience in US Government Foreign Military Sales F-15/F-16 programs.
Our CEO, Mike Swanger, is a Service-Disabled Veteran with over 20-years of experience in US Government contracting and program management. Mike is originally a USAF F-16 crew chief and transitioned into the civilian side of government service following his active duty career. He has led and managed multiple US Air Force fighter programs as both a Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager. Mike even served as the Security Assistance Program Manager (SAPM) for the $7.3B Iraq F-16 Program from 2016-2017.
