Our majority owner, President and Lead Program Manager, Mike Swanger, is a Service-Disabled Veteran with over 20-years of experience in US Government contracting and program management. Mike is originally a USAF F-16 crew chief and transitioned into the civilian side of government service following his active duty career. He has led and managed multiple US Air Force fighter programs as both a Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager. Mike even served as the Security Assistance Program Manager (SAPM) for the $7.3B Iraq F-16 Program from 2016-2017.

 

 

​​Our Chief Operating Officer of Logistics and Integration, Brian Clemmer, is a Veteran and minority owner. He brings 33 years of F-16 experience to the company, and is a recognized subject matter expert in F-16 avionics, weapons, and support equipment. Brian transitioned to the civilian sector after 10 years of active duty service as an F-16 Avionics Master Technician. His subsequent roles have included Equipment Specialist, Logistics Manager, Worldwide F-16 Support Equipment Manager, and Program Manager. From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Lead CLS Integrator and provided USG oversight for the Iraq F-16 Program. Most recently, from 2021 to 2024, Brian was the Taiwan F-16V Program Manager, where he successfully addressed critical part shortages on a $4.3B program.

Our Chief Operating Officer of Air Base Operations, Mr Dan Tippett, is a Service-Disabled Veteran and company minority owner with over 10-years of experience in F-15 and F-16 US Government Foreign Military Sales programs. Dan is a retired USAF senior officer and Command Pilot with over 3,500 hours in the F-15/F-16, including multiple command assignments. He also has extensive experience in the Middle East having served as an F-16 Instructor/Evaluator Pilot and Site Lead/Program Manager for Lockheed Martin at AFAB in Iraq from 2015-2018. Dan also served as an F-15 Instructor/Evaluator Pilot and Aircrew Training Manager for The Boeing Company at Al Udeid AB in Qatar from 2020-2024.
