F-15/F-16 Formal Mx Training Detachment

Service Description

CST Support Services employs a highly skilled maintenance instructor team each with over 10 years of USAF/ANG fighter and multiple years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Formal Training and Structured On-The-Job (SOJT) experience. CST Support Services instructors tailor their instruction to the appropriate F-15/F-16 aircraft, support equipment and facilities with an increased emphasis on cultural differences communicating with an English Second Language (ESL) target audience. CST Support Services instructors focus on the importance of sound maintenance practices requiring checklist/procedural adherence while complying with USAF Instruction 21-101 where feasible. CST Support Services Formal Training Detachment programs produce fully-trained 3-level F-15/F-16 Apprentice Technicians.
