Rotary Wing CLS Program Management

Service Description

CST Support Services employs a highly skilled CLS team with extensive USAF/ANG or US Army rotary wing aircraft maintenance experience as well as Structured On-The-Job (SOJT) instructional background. CST Support Services maintenance personnel are fully qualified rotary wing technicians in their respective fields spanning Flightline Maintenance, Backshop Maintenance, Logistics, Weapons and Munitions, Aircraft Maintenance Support functions as well as Information Technology (IT) and Flight Operations Support functions. CST Support Services conducts maintenance practices that are compliant with USAF Instruction 21-101 where feasible. Furthermore, CST Support Services personnel emphasize the need to effectively communicate with an English Second Language (ESL) target audience and an enhanced emphasis on cultural awareness. Contract personnel concurrently serve in an instructional capacity in rotary wing SOJT for USG-recognized Formal Maintenance Training graduates to upgrade from 3-level Technicians to 5-level Technicians over a period of years and eventually to become 7-level Technicians.
